Kristen Zachary, the founder of Tracking Solutions, has worked in the criminal justice field for over 30 years. Kristen spent a few years as a child protective services investigator and then ten years as an adult probation officer where she fell in love with the criminal justice system. In 2007, Kristen started Tracking Solutions as technology in the criminal justice field was emerging as more than just a box plugged in the wall. The ability to track an offender's location at all times was new and exciting technology.
Fast forward to today, Tracking Solutions operates in multiple states assisting governmental agencies of all sizes with their electronic monitoring programs. We have also supervised thousands of offenders as part of our program. We make it a point to partner with only the best equipment manufacturers in the industry.

Kristen Zachary has proudly served as our president since founding the company in 2007. Actively engaged in the daily operations, she leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to guide our team. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master's in Criminal Justice from the University North Alabama, bringing over 30 years of expertise in the field of criminal justice. Her commitment and leadership continue to drive our success.
Nikki Turner
Operations Manager
Nikki joined our team in 2020 as an account manager and has swiftly advanced to a key leadership role, overseeing operations. With over ten years of experience in customer service and exceptional organizational skills, she truly found her calling in the field of criminal justice. Nikki's enthusiasm and dedication inspire our staff, creating a vibrant motivated work environment. We're excited to see the positive impact she continues make in our organization.

Murfreesboro Office Manager
Kenitra brings a wealth of knowledge to our company, thanks to her extensive background in education. As the head of our Murfreesboro Office and manager of all government accounts, she plays a pivotal role in our operations. Kenitra holds an Associate's Degree in Education from Jackson State and is committed to striving for excellence in everything she undertakes. Her dedication and expertise are invaluable assets to our team.
